Polarity lexicon and list of emojis by polarity and emotion tags with applications in finance

This release is composed of:

1. Polarity lexicon: three files, one per polarity tag (negative, neutral, and positive). Each list contains the most representative group of words for the polarity level.

2. List of emojis by polarity tag:  three files, one per polarity tag (negative, neutral, and positive). Each list contains the most representative emojis for the polarity level.

3. List of emojis by emotion tag:  four files, one per emotion tag (negative awareness, opportunity, neutral, positive statement). Each list contains the most representative emojis for the emotion level.

Permitted uses:

1. The information shall only be used for research and development of natural-language processing, information-retrieval or knowledge-discovery systems.

2. Summaries, analyses and interpretations of the linguistic properties of the information may be derived and published, provided that if you acknowledge its use by citing this page.

3. Small excerpts of the information may be displayed to others or published in a scientific or technical context, solely for the purpose of describing the research and development and related issues. Any such use shall not infringe on the rights of any third party including, but not limited to, the authors and publishers of the excerpts.
